Cecily has appeared in nearly forty theatrical productions in southern California, New York & Virginia and is delighted to be working with the Academy of Performing Arts at St. Paul!  She attended the Orange County High School of the Arts as well as the Huntington Beach School for Performing Arts (APA).  In February 1996, Cecily graduated from the American Musical & Dramatic Academy and was the youngest graduate ever!  While in New York, she appeared in two Off-Off Broadway productions: Razzle Dazzle ‘Em!: An Evening of Kander & Ebb and Relative Disturbances.  Cecily then embarked for a six month stay in Virginia to appear in Totally Television ’96 at Busch Gardens Williamsburg.  She subsequently returned to California to appear as Fleure in Phantom at Elizabeth Howard’s Curtain Call Dinner Theatre, “The 6 Foot Girl” in Hello Dolly! at Musical Theatre West, Patty Simcox in Grease at Buena Park’s Theatre Under the Stars, Alice in You Can’t Take It With You at Main Street Players, Madame Dubonnet in The Boyfriend at Goldenwest College, Florinda in Into the Woods at No Square Theatre, Jay Bird/Mother Swan in Honk! at the Laguna Playhouse, Nellie in South Pacific at Gallimaufry Performing Arts, Maria in The Sound of Music at Buena Park’s Theatre Under the Stars and Janie McMichael in Not Now, Darling at the Long Beach Playhouse.  Cecily was the resident choreographer of the Creative Magic Youth Theatre as well as the Musical Theatre Academy of Orange County.  She also collaborated with Costa Mesa High School where she took on the roles of voice & acting coach, choreographer and costumer. Cecily is blissfully married to her loving husband, Austin, and they are the happy “parents” of four cats – Ozzie, Tommy, Annika and Bauser.
